Sea Ray 210

Restoration

1984 Monaco Series

Before!

Picked up in Chicago April, 2004, after a cheap winning bid on eBay. The plan was to fix it up, enjoy it for the summer, then sell. "Sell" happened pretty quickly, although I still get to ride it on the river with a friend every so often. It is enjoying the life of pulling teenagers and their friends on the Ohio River.

After:

New 2006:

  • Bomar 20x20" acrylic smoked hatch ($350)
  • Step down (forward) Bilge Pump
  • Blower fan
  • Michigan 15x17 Propeller

Exterior

Features a new Bomar 20x20" acrylic smoked hatch, installed Spring 2006. Covers include a cockpit cover (also covers windshield) and a full mooring cover.

Check out the shine!!!

Trailer

1999 EZ Loader Trailer. Tandem axle, 1 axle equipped with surge brakes. The trailer is a perfect fit for the boat and handles like a dream! Note: The trailer was used mostly for storage, and the brakes need attention.

Lucky Bid?

The boat was purchased on eBay from a couple in the northern suburbs of Chicago. It has a nice interior with only a few tiny rips, and the exterior shines up nicely. The engine is a 228 hp. Mercruiser (305 cu. in.) with only 440 hours. The boat should top out in the mid-high 40 mph range.
